Livelihood & Gender Program

Gender and Livelihood is one of the key research areas of NDRI. NDRI has kept the GESI component as a mainstream component as well as cross-cutting issues in its diverse areas of research including agriculture and livelihood. Substantial knowledge of gender and equality gives us the ability to see both the challenges and the development potential in our society. Therefore, NDRI also works to provide evidence based research findings on gender and livelihood issues which contribute as a catalyst in bridging the gap between policy and practice.
