Ms. Subekshya Basnet is a dynamic and dedicated public health professional, final year student of Kathmandu Multiple College Pvt. ltd (Purbanchal University). With a genuine passion for research, she serves as a Research intern at Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI). As a public health student, Ms. Basnet focus area for her career development has been to be a researcher such that she can identify the gaps between policies and communities and support for the evidence- based development. She believes, research is the foot of the progressing society. Her goal aligns towards identifying the challenges and issues of the society. Research Interest: Nutrition, Mental Health, Water and Sanitation Hygiene, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Livelihood, Professional Experience: 3 month Volunteer in ENDTB 2024, Dengue control program.
