Mr. Rajendra Khatri, is a distinguished Senior Research Associate and Project Manager at the Nepal Development Research Institute. He holds MA, Sociology from Tribhuvan University. With an impressive 15-year career in research, he has excelled in various capacities, demonstrating expertise in project management and leadership roles. Mr. Khatri has played pivotal roles as a Team Leader, Project Manager, Evaluation Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Field Coordinator and Researcher/Data Analyst across numerous projects for esteemed organizations. Ms. Shreya Bajimaya - Senior Research Associate (Water Resources Management)

Ms. Shreya Bajimaya is currently working as a Senior Research Associate at Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI). She holds post-graduate degree in Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management (IWRM) from Nepal Engineering College (affiliated with Pokhara University) under South Asia Water Fellowship (SAWA) awarded by South Asia Consortium for Interdisciplinary Water Resources Studies (SaciWATERS). She completed her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University. Mr. Girish Raj Lamsal is a young and enthusiastic Civil cum Water Resources (Hydropower) Engineer with a keen interest in hydrological modeling, water resources management, and reservoir optimization. Mr. Pramit Ghimire - Research Associate (Water Resources)

Mr. Pramit Ghimire is currently working as a Research Associate at the Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI). He is actively involved in a project with UNICEF ROSA, focusing on developing a model for flood susceptibility mapping. Pramit holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from Pulchowk Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kathmandu University.  In his research career, Pramit has served as a Research Associate at the Centre for Water Resources Studies (CWRS) at Pulchowk Campus. He was awarded a grant for his M.Sc. thesis and interned at the Water Resources Research and Development Centre (WRRDC), where his work centered on utilizing satellite imagery for mapping irrigated areas of Nepal.  Pramit has extensive experience with Google Earth Engine (GEE), leveraging its cloud-based platform for large-scale geospatial data analysis and environmental monitoring.
