Nepal Development Research Institute is developing a contextualised, practical Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PM&E) tools and guidelines for AWO International South Asia’s regional programs. Building on AWO International’s values of solidarity, justice, participation, and help for self-help, the assignment aims to strengthen the organisation’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system by embedding impact orientation throughout the project cycle. The assignment will support a shift beyond predominantly quantitative monitoring towards more qualitative, participatory, and learning-oriented approaches that better capture complex social change and enhance community ownership.
