The assignment involves conducting a final evaluation to provide an independent, evidence-based assessment of the BMZ-SSF Programme in Nepal (2023–2025). The programme was implemented by AWO International in partnership with NEEDS Nepal (Doti district) and WoSCC Nepal (Makwanpur district) under the title “Safe Migration and Integration of Food Safety and Nutrition in Nepal.” The evaluation will assess the programme’s outcomes, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact, particularly regarding safe migration, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, community resilience, and strengthening of social structures and civil society organizations. The overall objective of the evaluation is to assess the programme’s strategic orientation, implementation effectiveness, and achieved results, while generating critical insights to guide the next phase (2026–2028).
